Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- small can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and chopped - 1 item
- can cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
- small can mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
- salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste - 1 item
- small can pimientos, sliced - 1 item
How to make hot chicken sandwiches:
Mix all ingredients well. Remove crusts from sandwich bread. Make sandwiches, wrap in foil and freeze. Before heating, dip into 3 beaten eggs, then into crushed potato chips. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Sandwich.
