Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 qt
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- carrots, diced - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- potatoes, cubed
- large onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, diced - 1 lb
- box frozen mixed vegetables - 1 item
How to make cheese soup:
Cook first 4 ingredients in a large heavy pan for 20 minutes. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add soup and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Note: To make a smooth soup, put vegetables through blender.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
