Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1 qt
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- onion, diced - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- celery, diced - 1 c
- carrots, diced - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- potatoes, cubed
How to make cheese soup:
Cook bouillon cubes, water, celery and onions for 20 minutes, covered. Add potatoes, carrots and frozen mixed vegetables. Cook 30 minutes, covered. Add soup and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Stir. Easy and delicious!!!Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
