  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • melted butter or margarine - 1 item
  • grated sharp cheese - 1 c
  • dash of salt and red pepper - 1 item
  • bread crust removed - 1 item

How to make cheese souffle:

Line sides and bottom of medium size casserole dish with bread dipped in melted butter or margarine. Mix other ingredients together and pour into bread-lined dish. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until firm.

Can be prepared ahead and baked later.
