Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- melted butter or margarine - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- dash of salt and red pepper - 1 item
- bread crust removed - 1 item
How to make cheese souffle:
Line sides and bottom of medium size casserole dish with bread dipped in melted butter or margarine. Mix other ingredients together and pour into bread-lined dish. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until firm.Can be prepared ahead and baked later.
