Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- paprika - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- mild Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- hot pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make cheese roll:
Let cheese reach room temperature. Mix together all ingredients except paprika. Form into two long rolls. Sprinkle with paprika. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill before serving. Slice and serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
