Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • soft margarine - 1/2 c
  • box frozen hash browns, thawed - 24 oz

How to make cheese potatoes:

Mix everything together. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
