Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- brown sugar
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 oz
- cooked rice - 3/4 c
- large cabbage leaves - 6 item
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
How to make swedish cabbage rolls:
Sauce:2 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. lemon juice Prepare meats and rice; drain. Mix egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion and milk. Mix well. Add meats and cooked rice. Beat together with fork. Cook cabbage leaves about 3 minutes. PlaceRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
