Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- grated onions - 1/4 c
- to 6 potatoes, sliced thin - 4 item
How to make cheese potatoes:
Preheat oven to 425°. Layer potatoes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan with onion and salt. Pour butter mixture over potatoes and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes, then parsley.
