- clove garlic - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/3 c
- minced parsley - 1 item
- asparagus spears - 1 1
- vinaigrette - 1 item
- to 10 halved cherry tomatoes - 8 item
- hard-cooked eggs, peeled and quartered - 2 item
How to make grilled asparagus:
Crush garlic. Mix with olive oil in small bowl. Add salt and pepper; set aside. Wash and trim asparagus spears. Pat dry. Preheat grill. Brush spears lightly with garlic oil. Grill until tender and lightly browned, about 5 minutes; turn often. TRecipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Asparagus.
