- butter, softened - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
- Italian herbs
How to make cheese log:
In mixer bowl, beat together butter and seasonings at medium speed until fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes. Blend cheese and lemon juice into butter mixture. Form into log shape on wax paper and chill for a few hours.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
