Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- grated Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce hot or medium - 1 item
How to make cheese enchiladas:
Spray shallow glass dish with Pam. Cover dish with enchilada sauce. Roll or stack tortillas with grated cheese and onions covered with enchilada sauce. Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with lettuce and tomato on top. Add hot salsa to taste.Recipe categories: Cheese, Ground beef, Beef.
