  • dried minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • Velveeta, cubed - 1 lb
  • can green chilies, chopped - 1 oz
  • can whole tomatoes, chopped and drained - 1 lb
  • can red chilies, chopped

How to make mexicali dip:

Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and mixed well. Serve with tortilla chips.
