Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- parsley flakes - 8 tsp
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 4 oz
- Blue cheese - 4 oz
How to make cheese balls:
Soften cheeses to room temperature. Add onion juice and Worcestershire and blend on low speed in blender until creamy. Cover and chill. Shape mixture into large ball. Roll in parsley flakes.
