  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • hot water - 1 c
  • softened butter - 1/4 c
  • lemon jello - 1 pkg
  • graham crackers
  • can chilled Milnot - 1 item

How to make cheesecake:

Crust:1 individual pkg. graham crackers1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. softened butter Chill beaters, bowl and Milnot. Dissolve jello in hot water and chill. Whip cheese and add sugar. Add jello to mixture. Whip chilled Milnot until it forms peaks. Fold into jello mixture.

Crust: Pour crumbs into bowl and add sugar and butter. Blend well and place into 8 1/2 x 13-inch pan. Reserve 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top. Pour cheese mixture onto crust. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Chill overnight.
