  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 item
  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • pkg - 4 oz
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • pie filling - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

Sprinkle crumbs over bottom of spring-form pan. Beat 3 packages of cream cheese and slowly add sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Pour over crumbs and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

Cream 1 package of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons vanilla, 1 pint sour cream and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Pour on cake and bake at 425° for 5 minutes. When cool, cover with any pie filling. Freezes well.
