- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp

- sour cream
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- strawberry halves - 1 item
How to make holiday cheesecake:
Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese3/4 c. sugar1 Tbsp. lemon juice3 eggs Topping:1 c. sour cream2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla strawberry halves Crust: Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300°.Filling: Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and juice, mixing until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour mixture over crust. Bake at 300° for 55 minutes.
Topping: Combine the sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Carefully spread over cheesecake. Continue baking 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Garnish with strawberries. Chill.
