  • graham cracker crumbs - 6 oz

  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • softened butter - 1/2 c

How to make cheese cake:

Filling:18 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 c. sugar3 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1/2 tsp. salt1 pt. sour cream For the shell, mix ingredients. When thoroughly mixed, press into bottom and sides of a 10-inch spring-form pan.

Cream the cream cheese and add sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt. Blend thoroughly; fold in sour cream. Pour into shell. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 55 minutes. Refrigerate.
