Cheese cake



  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • sour cream
  • almond extract
  • plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
  • butter, soft - 1/4 c

How to make cheese cake:

Crust:1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. butter, soft Topping:1 pt. sour cream2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Crust: Mix well the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter (soft). Pat crust in bottom of spring-form pan (large).

Filling: Blend and then beat 10 minutes at medium speed the cream cheese (soft), sugar, eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Pour into pan and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 325°. Let cool 1 hour.

Topping: Whip sour cream, sugar and vanilla on medium speed for 5 minutes. Spread on top of cake. Bake at 450° for 7 minutes. Chill overnight or freeze.
