Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp

- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 3 Tbsp
How to make cheesecake:
Filling:4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened3 Tbsp. flour4 eggs1 c. sugar1 Tbsp. vanilla1 c. sour cream Mix crust ingredients together and press to bottom of pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. At medium speed, mix cream cheese well with flour. Add sugar gradually. Add one egg at a time, mixing well with each egg added. Add 1 cup sour cream slowly while mixing. Add vanilla. Pour into pan and bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then turn down to 250° for 1 hour. Let cool for 1 hour, then put in refrigerator. (Cover with foil or Saran Wrap.)
