Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 2 pkg
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- paprika - 3/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- dried parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
- to 4 drops hot sauce - 2 item
- deviled ham 2 1/4 oz - 1 c
How to make cheese balls:
Combine first 3 ingredients, blending well. Stir in remaining ingredients, except pecans. Chill 2 hours. Divide cheese mixture in half. Shape into 2 balls and roll in chopped pecans.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
