  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • grated onion - 2 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
  • extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb

How to make cheese ball:

Cream cheese in electric mixer. Add all ingredients and mix until creamy. Refrigerate until firm enough to handle. Shape into ball and roll in pecans.
