Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
How to make cheese ball:
Cream cheese in electric mixer. Add all ingredients and mix until creamy. Refrigerate until firm enough to handle. Shape into ball and roll in pecans.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
