  • pkg - 2 oz
  • pecans - 2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • can pineapple, crushed and drained - 1 oz
  • chopped onion fine - 2 Tbsp
  • green pepper fine - 1/4 c

How to make cheese ball:

Soften cheese. Stir in pineapple. Add 1 cup pecans. Add pepper, onion and salt. Form in ball. Roll in 1 cup pecans.
