  • Bisquick mix - 3 c
  • sharp cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • sausage hot or mild - 1 lb

How to make sausage balls:

Have cheese and sausage at room temperature. Mix cheese, sausage and Bisquick together. Make walnut size balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 350°.
