Ingredients/Components

  • sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • green pepper - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped pimento - 4 Tbsp
  • hard-boiled egg, chopped - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • crackers, crushed finely Ritz, etc - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp

How to make cheese ball:

Combine all ingredients together. Form in large ball. Roll in nuts. Wrap in foil and refrigerate.
