Cocktail meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- catsup - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 1
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- barbecue sauce
- small onion, diced fine - 1 item
- milk if needed - 1/4 c
- small squares saltine crackers - 10 item
- or larger grape jelly - 1 (8
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Sauce:1/2 c. barbecue sauce1 c. catsup1 (8 oz.) or larger grape jelly1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix all meatball ingredients together. Add milk if mixture seems dry. Shape into small bite-size balls. Brown in skillet until done. Drain all but very small amount of the fat off.Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs; heat until sauce is hot. Pour in chafing dish or warming tray and serve with toothpicks.
