Ingredients/Components

  • egg - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • catsup - 1 c
  • ground beef - 1 1
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • barbecue sauce
  • small onion, diced fine - 1 item
  • milk if needed - 1/4 c
  • small squares saltine crackers - 10 item
  • or larger grape jelly - 1 (8

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Sauce:1/2 c. barbecue sauce1 c. catsup1 (8 oz.) or larger grape jelly1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix all meatball ingredients together. Add milk if mixture seems dry. Shape into small bite-size balls. Brown in skillet until done. Drain all but very small amount of the fat off.

Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs; heat until sauce is hot. Pour in chafing dish or warming tray and serve with toothpicks.
