Ingredients/Components
- loaf unsliced bread - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- pkg - 3 oz
- egg whites - 2 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- paprika - 1 item
How to make cheese puffs:
Melt cheese and butter. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cheese. Cut bread into 1-inch cubes and dip into cheese mixture until covered. Sprinkle with paprika and chill on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
