Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 2 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- sausage hot - 1 lb
How to make sausage balls:
Mix together. Roll into balls. Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown.Or put balls on cookie sheet and cover with aluminum foil and freeze. After frozen, these may be kept in freezer in tightly covered plastic container or plastic bag until needed. Take out amount desired and bake in a preheated 375° oven for 12 minutes.
