Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
- jar grape jelly - 1 oz
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and form into balls. Melt shortening and brown meatballs. Heat chili sauce and grape jelly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
