Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 10 oz
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- red potatoes, cooked and cut into quarters - 12 item
- sour cream fat-free okay - 16 oz
How to make cheese and sour cream potatoes:
Spread potatoes in a 9 x 11-inch pan. Mix together the sour cream, soup and margarine. Spread over top of potatoes and add the cheese on top. Bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
