Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 tsp
- water
- margarine - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- cauliflower - 2 c
- dash of white pepper - 1 item
- ground celery seed - 1/8 tsp
How to make cauliflower soup:
Boil florets until soft in 1/2 cup water. Process in food processor or blender. Heat margarine. Add flour; stir in broth. Mix. Add vegetables (rest of ingredients) and cook together. Makes 2 large servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Cauliflower, Bisques/cream soups.
