Ingredients/Components
- light cream - 1/2 pt
- Half and Half - 1 pt
- cans cream of potato soup - 2 item
- can Swanson chicken broth - 1 item
- head cauliflower cleaned and broken into small pieces - 1 item
How to make cauliflower soup:
Cook cauliflower in salt water until tender; drain. Stir the remaining ingredients together and pour mixture over the cooked cauliflower. Simmer; salt and pepper to taste. Pour into cups and add a hunk of butter.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Cauliflower, Bisques/cream soups.
