Ingredients/Components

  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • parsley, chopped - 1 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
  • slices bacon - 6 item
  • large carrot, chopped - 1 item
  • dash Tabasco - 1 item
  • cans cream of corn - 2 oz
  • can low-fat milk - 1 item

How to make corn chowder:

Fry bacon; drain, crumble and reserve. Saute next 4 ingredients until tender in 2 tablespoons bacon fat. Add next 4 ingredients; heat until hot. Add more milk if the soup seems too thick. Stir in reserved bacon. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
