- eggs - 2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 item
- oil for frying - 1 item
- cauliflower - 1 item
- crushed garlic clove - 1 item
How to make cauliflower fritters:
Boil or steam cauliflower until cooked. When cool, separate into flowerets. Discard tougher ends of stalk and main stalk. Mash cauliflower with fork. Beat in eggs, parsley, garlic and seasoning. Form into patties and fry in oil until golden brown. Turn once. A delicious change from potatoes or rice!Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Cauliflower.
