Stuffed crabs
Ingredients/Components
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- stale buns or bread - 4 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- eggs - 3 item
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- cloves minced garlic - 2 item
- Worcestershire - 1/2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make stuffed crabs:
Saute vegetables in oleo. Add Worcestershire sauce, crabmeat, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Soak bread or buns in evaporated milk and add to crab mixture, along with onion tops, parsley and eggs. Mix well.Stuff cleaned crab shells or aluminum tins. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
