Ingredients/Components

  • stick margarine - 1/4 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
  • onion - 1 c
  • diced potatoes - 1 c
  • tomatoes - 2 qt
  • steak sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • small bottle ketchup - 1 item
  • large catfish, deboned - 2 item
  • chopped fat meat - 1/2 c

How to make catfish stew:

In a large pot, brown fat meat; remove and drain. Add potatoes and onion to fat remaining in pot. Cook until tender. Add ketchup. Cook for 10 minutes. Add fish and remaining ingredients. Cook at low heat for 45 minutes or until thickened. Enjoy.
