- bacon - 1 lb
- catfish fillets - 2 lb
- potatoes, cut in small pieces - 2 lb
- onions, cut in small pieces - 2 lb
- large cans tomatoes - 4 item
- a little hot sauce - 1 item
How to make catfish stew:
Cook fish until tender; add potatoes and onions. Fry bacon in frypan until crisp. Add bacon and drippings to other ingredients. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste. Cook until all is tender.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Low Carb, Stew.
