- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- oyster sauce - 1/2 Tbsp
- to 8 chicken breasts - 6 item
How to make cashew chicken:
Use boned chicken and cut in small pieces. Mix broth, soy sauce and oyster sauce over medium heat. When mixture boils, add 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Stir until thick. Add 1/2 package cashews. Mix flour, baking powder, water, 1/4 cup cornstarch, salt aRecipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
