Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 4 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- can green chilies - 1 item
- jalapeno cheese - 1 pkg
- chicken breasts, boil and peel - 4 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Using half can of both soups, mix with chicken, green chilies, half of the cheese and sour cream. Roll into flour tortillas. Mix rest of soup with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over enchiladas. Sprinkle rest of cheese over. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
