  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • brown sugar
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • stick oleo - 1/2 item
  • carrots, cooked and mashed - 2 c

How to make carrot souffle:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped nuts1/3 c. flour1/3 c. margarine Mash carrots and add oleo. Beat eggs. Mix flour and condiments. Add eggs, milk, flour, etc. to carrots. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 325° for 1/2 hour. Mix all topping ingredients until crumbly and top casserole. Continue to bake 1/2 hour more.
