Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- brown sugar
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/3 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- carrots, cooked and mashed - 2 c
How to make carrot souffle:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped nuts1/3 c. flour1/3 c. margarine Mash carrots and add oleo. Beat eggs. Mix flour and condiments. Add eggs, milk, flour, etc. to carrots. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 325° for 1/2 hour. Mix all topping ingredients until crumbly and top casserole.
