- sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
- green pepper, sliced - 1 item
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- Dressing:1 can tomato soup
How to make carrot salad:
Dressing:1 can tomato soup1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. salad oil1/2 c. sugar1 Tbsp. chopped parsley Cook carrots 10 to 15 minutes in salted water. Drain off water. Add green pepper and onion. Mix dressing and pour over vegetables; mix well.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Carrots.
