Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- large green peppers - 2 item
- large onions - 2 item
- carrots, cut in slices - 2 pkg
How to make carrot salad:
Cook carrots and drain; cool. Combine last five items and bring to boil; pour over carrots, onions and green peppers. Let stand overnight.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Carrots.
