Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- sliced green pepper - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- sliced onion - 1 item
- carrots, sliced, cooked until tender and drained - 2 lb
How to make marinated carrots:
Mix soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper together. Heat and pour over vegetables. Let set overnight in refrigerator.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
