Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- carrots - 2 to
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- onions - 1 item
How to make carrot salad:
Clean carrots and slice. Cook until tender. Drain and add onions and peppers. Mix soup, vinegar, oil, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Cook 15 minutes. Pour over carrots, onions and peppers. Serve either hot or cold.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Carrots.
