Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- medium onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium green pepper, cut into strips - 1 item
- carrots, cut on diagonal - 2 lb
How to make carrot salad:
Cook carrots in boiling salted water until just tender; drain. Add onion and green pepper. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over carrot mixture. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Carrots.
