Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- plain yogurt - 1 c
How to make yogurt pancakes:
Sift together first five ingredients. Combine yogurt, milk, eggs and melted butter; add to flour mixture. Mix until dampened. Pour 1/4 cup batter on hot greased griddle for each pancake. Makes 16 (4 1/2-inch) pancakes.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, < 30 mins.
