Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- carrots, sliced
- medium red onion - 1/2 item
How to make carrots supreme:
Boil carrots 15 to 30 minutes with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Add onion; drain. Mix remaining ingredients and add to carrots. Serve cold. May be kept in refrigerator for 2 weeks.Recipe categories: Low protein, Vegetables, Carrots.
