- cream cheese - 1 pkg
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- soda
- grated carrots - 2 c
- large eggs - 3 item
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- cooking oil - 1 c
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes
How to make carrot pineapple cake:
