  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese - 1 pkg
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • soda
  • grated carrots - 2 c
  • large eggs - 3 item
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes

How to make carrot pineapple cake:

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Frosting:3/4 pkg. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1 pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Mix well; frost cake.
