- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- sugar - 2 c
- oil - 1 c
- crushed pineapple undrained - 1 c
- grated carrots - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- cinnamon
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
How to make carrot pineapple bread:
Mix the first 7 ingredients together well. Sift together the cinnamon, flour, soda and salt. Add to first mixture. Bake 1 hour at 325° to 350°. Yield: 2 loaves.Recipe categories: Breads, Pineapple, Tropical fruits.
