Carrot pineapple bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cooking oil - 1 c
- sifted flour plain - 3 c
- grated carrots fine - 1 c
- pineapple small can crushed, undrained will need juice - 1 c
How to make carrot pineapple bread:
Mix together the flour, soda, salt and sugar. Stir in oil, eggs, carrots and pineapple. Mix thoroughly. Add vanilla. Bake in a 325° oven for 40 minutes. Makes 6 small pans, or 2 regular pans, bake 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Pineapple, Tropical fruits.
