  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • grated carrots - 1 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • molasses - 1/4 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • cloves - 1 Tbsp
  • raw zucchini - 2 c
  • 2 1/2 can pumpkin 3 1/2 c

How to make pineapple zucchini bread:

Mix sugar and oil until creamy. Add eggs, molasses and pumpkin. Mix well. Add dry ingredients sifted together. Mix well. Add raisins and nuts. Put in 3 or 4 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done. Remove from pans about 10 minutes after removing from oven.
