Pineapple zucchini bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 1 c
- nuts - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- molasses - 1/4 c
- raisins - 1 c
- cloves - 1 Tbsp
- raw zucchini - 2 c
- 2 1/2 can pumpkin 3 1/2 c
How to make pineapple zucchini bread:
Mix sugar and oil until creamy. Add eggs, molasses and pumpkin. Mix well. Add dry ingredients sifted together. Mix well. Add raisins and nuts. Put in 3 or 4 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done. Remove from pans about 10 minutes after removing from oven.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Pineapple.
